At Salon 201, we collect your names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses for contact regarding your appointments, along with details of any medical conditions that could a contraindication for various treatments.

All information is collected on a client card which is securely kept and locked in a safe environment. No third party has access to this information and is only used as noted above. Your personal details will not be shared or processed for any other purpose than above.

We are also use appointment booking software, where your personal details need to be stored. However, we guarantee these details are only stored on a secure server, which in turn is guaranteed by the software company, Shedul by Surge Ventures Inc.

All card payments taken via Clover are encrypted and no card details stored. We also regularly maintain Scan Compliance.
